By this time tomorrow, I will have performed my first legal marriage ceremony, and united two of my closest, dearest friends. And it’s very fitting that my own husband be co-performing the ceremony.
Despite his not-impressedness with this cold (the crankiness has reached new heights and it’s only 9 AM), Liam has a new word: “Hiya.”
Gah.
The cold, it hath laid me low. I’ve fought it since Tuesday, but I concede defeat. And if I’m this miserable, I can only imagine the misery the boy must be in.
Bring on the peppermint tea and the cough drops! Good thing we bought twelve boxes of tissue at Cosco last week.
Perhaps if we take a trip out to the office supply shop today to buy business cards and paper, we will feel better.
