The day has officially passed Argh and is well into Grr now.
I left my purse at daycare, and only realised it when I got home. And now no one is there to open it for me.
So, just in case that’s not clear: No wallet, no glasses. This means no driving. Ergo, no orchestra tonight.

I am such an idiot. The good thing is that having done it I won’t do it again soon, because I’ll be hyper-aware of my bag now. It’s just so small and light that I don’t notice it when I’m loaded with boy and gear.
Gnash, gnash.

I hate it when that happens! I carry a huge purse with me now, and that’s one of the reasons for it. It sucks that you have to miss orchestra. :(
My sympathies. Book, bed and hot beverage are my recommendations.
Those are indeed my evening plans. I should be conscientious and run through the things I didn’t get to run through at orchestra last week, but I’m so irritated right now that the first mistake I make would likely lead me to break my bow or something.
It’s funny (not odd or funny ha-ha, funny in an annoying way), because I minimised my purse the last year to make it easier to haul around with all of Liam’s stuff. Now it looks like I’ll have to upsize again in order to carry notebooks and things, and to NOT LOSE IT.
Or maybe I’ll just train a cat to trot along next to me with saddlebags. Yes, that’s the obvious solution.
I wish my cats would do that for me. When I suggest carrying things, they just look at me funny. :P
I’m not expecting the training to be easy. In fact, I’m expecting it to be remarkably unsuccessful. But the image is amusing.
It must be a day for leaving purses… I left mine at work at the store. I won’t be able to get it till I get back from subbing bad grade 6. *sigh*
See, I didn’t want to chance the legal stuff. The kind of life I’ve been having lately suggests that if I tried to drive without my license, Fate would choose that moment to have me be pulled over for the first time in my life. Also, no medicare card, zero ID, no money… just a recipe for disaster.
