I have warning sirens and flashing lights going off in my brain, and a little subtitle that says Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear following me around. I have got to do something about Ye Chaptere of Sociologikal Contexte, also yclept Chapter 2, which requires a whack of reading and research to back up my statements. It’s going to be around five thousand words, as are most of the other chapters. Then that leaves me another 5K to polish and expand things.

Ah yes, the “Ack, how am I going to fit everything I have left to say in only that many words” phase. I remember it ‘fondly’ from last year’s NaNo, and then somehow, magically, when I got to the end everything just fit the way it needed to.
