Welcome to the Read section of Owldaughter. This portion of the site consists of a selection of my non-fiction work on various subjects. I'm a writer by trade, which means I produce a lot of stuff ranging from informative to entertaining. As of spring 2006 I have published three books on various aspects of alternative spirituality, including spellcraft, solitary Wicca, and green witchcraft. All three have been published by Provenance Press, and each has a page focusing on it elsewhere on the official website. You can read about them by clicking on the book titles below.

All of these articles have been published elsewhere as well; original publishing information is given at the end of each article. You may notice that some articles are from ongoing projects. For example, I'm a regular reviewer for Wyntergreene, a local Neo-Pagan journal, and have been a regular contributor to PaganUniverse, an information site on Wicca. The Bookshelf was a regular feature on magical systems in literature that I wrote for WynterGreene's ancestor journal, Montreal's Magickal Circle, for one full year. Some of these articles also feature a direct link to the web site that originally published them, so you can see how they originally appeared.

This collection is by no means complete; it does not include any of the reviews or articles I have published since late 2004. Someday when I have a pile of free time (and do please read that with all the irony with which I intend it to be read) I'll update it.
