Welcome to Owldaughter, the personal web site of me, AKA Autumn!

In December 2006 I separated my author presence website, my freelance writing and editing website, and this personal site, as I realized that I needed three specific and separate venues to serve as points of contact for me. This one now is the relaxed, personal mishmash of stuff where I can have fun, while the other is the "official" site. There's some crossover, and the reviews and articles still haven't migrated to where they should be, but they'll get there. You'll find that clicking on any of my book covers or links here takes you to the other public site. To get back here, just hit the Back button on your browser.

I am a professional writer and consultant by trade. This site is an informal collection of work exploring creativity, spirituality, and literature. Here you'll find my views and personal takes on a cross-section of subjects, including articles I have written for various publications, reviews of books, my online journal that chronicles my day to day work and thoughts, and other information about my interests both professional and recreational. Those interests include literature of all genres, classical music, alternative spirituality, writing both creative fiction and instructive non-fiction, and performance in various modes. My tastes range wildly from classic to funky. You have been warned.

As in the case of every other site featuring personal and creative work, this collection is eternally expanding and under some sort of construction. In the meantime, however, my daily journal Owls' Court is always accessible, and I invite you to explore it.
